Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

SHIPPING:

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Please contact us directly for COST, next day delivery cost will be quoted prior to shipping. 

Free same day pick up is available if order is fulfilled.  Please call us to make arrangements for curbside pickup 812-937-4600

ONLINE RETURNS:

The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.shopevergreenboutique.com

We know shopping online can be hard and we try our best to make your online experience a pleasant one! We stand behind our products and service and want customers to be satisfied with them. However, we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. 

  • Item/s purchased online are accepted for a refund within 14 days from the shipped date on regular priced/non-sale items. After 14 days, all item/s are eligible for store credit only within 30 days of shipped date.  Items must be shipped back to our warehouse in order to be processed for a refund.  Our physical store can't process refunds for online orders.
  • You may bring your online purchase to our stores for in-store credit or exchange only.  If you return in-store you will receive in-store credit in the form of a gift card.  This gift card can't be used online.  It can only be used at our physical store location.
  • If any promos or discounts were used on your returnable merchandise, the promo and/or discount will be forfeited and may not be reused.
  • Refund will be issued within 5 business days of the return arriving. You will be notified via e-mail that your refund has been issued. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In order to be eligible for a refund/store credit, all items must be:

  • Unworn & unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Placed in original packaging or similar packaging with any previous shipping labels covered.  
  • Original receipt/return form must be included in package
  • In new, unaltered and unused condition (no signs of wear, stains, odor, animal hair, or damage). If item has any of the above, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
  • Any items purchased at 40% or above are final sale and are non returnable.
